Hello) Wanted Stars Limiter is a simple modification that limits the level of police interest to one star. Now you can safely fight with the police and walk around the military bases. Initially I made it for myself, because sometimes it gets boring when the whole US army is hunting for Karl =) But I think it can be useful to other people, so I'm sharing it with you!

Теперь можно будет спокойно драться с полицейскими и гулять по военным базам. Изначально делал ее для себя, потому что иногда надоедает, когда за Карлом охотится вся армия США=) Но, думаю, она может пригодиться и другим людям, так что делюсь ею с вами!
