Description: The mod changes the textures of buildings and structures (see screenshots):
1. In the Idelwood area (just behind the railway, near the tattoo parlor and hair salon). It replaces the video salon with a library, the signs of closed shops with a "Shawarma" stall, "Pawnshop" and a branch of the bank "VTB-24". This mod updates the old roads in this area to new, higher quality ones.
2. The skate park is now more beautiful and of higher quality. Advertising billboards with famous brands surround the skate park.
Installation: Replace the files "glenpark1x_lae" and "glenpark7_lae" using IMGTool or IMG Editor with the identically named files in gta3.img.
Описание: Мод изменяет текстуры зданий и сооружений (см. скрины):
1. В районе Иделвуд (сразу за железной дорогой, рядом с тату салоном и парикмахерской). Заменяет видео салон на библиотеку, вывески закрытых магазинов на ларёк \"Шаурма\", \"Ломбард\" и отделение банка \"ВТБ-24\". Данный мод меняет старые дороги в этом районе на новые, более качественные.
2. Скейт парк теперь более красивый и качественный. Вокруг скейт парка расположенны рекламные щиты с изветными брендами.
Установка: Замените файлы \"glenpark1x_lae\" и \"glenpark7_lae\" с помощью программы IMGTool или IMG Editor на одноименные файлы в gta3.img
