New gangster in Grove Street. Replaces fam3 (you can rename and replace another ped).

When a gangster shows a finger gesture (hand gesture), the texture on the hands does not smear and does not change (I noticed such a bug in some skin packs).
PS: In general, I did not notice any bugs, if you find them write in the comments.

Когда гангстер показывает распальцовку (жест рукой) текстура на руках не размазывается и не меняется (такой баг я замечал в некоторых скин-паках).
