To perform the kick, approach the "victim" from the front, unarmed, aim, and press the left Ctrl key

Place the TIS.ifp file into the gta3.img file
Put the files from the CLEO folder into your CLEO folder

Для того чтобы ударить подойдите к "жертве" спереди, без оружия, прицельтесь и нажмите левую клавишу Ctrl
