Improved Midnight Drag Race

What's changed:
* Bet changed from $1000 to $100 if you lose you lose money.
* It is not forbidden to ram the enemy car.
* Removed the marker above the enemy vehicle.
* The race can be started at any time (not only at night).
* Changed the list of cars with which you can compete (see screenshot).
* The skin of the enemy driver is selected randomly (5 options).
* The enemy car can be tuned, partially tuned, or not tuned at all.
* The enemy car can be with or without nitro.
* Something I forgot.
Installation:
Put the .cs file in GTA SA/Cleo and the .fxt file in GTA SA/Cleo/CLEO_TEXT.
