I advise you to download 100% save. there is only one bug in the mod - next to CJ's garage in the second city at the construction site, failing under the texture. so you won’t get the curtain to complete the game. but this is not the main thing !!!

by the way, almost all cars can be tuned!!!!!!!!!! this is especially true for foreign cars such as the Mercedes McLaren CLR, etc.
