This mod transforms a section in the northern part of the state into a border zone featuring U.S. Border Patrol stations in El Quebrados and Las Payasadas. In Las Payasadas, there is also an active USBP checkpoint where your vehicle will be stopped and inspected by border agents. You can download the patrol car here.
