After the recent events of First Part Dietrich's life has changed. He regrets that he killed his last friend - Schultz. Saying goodbye to the last business, Dietrich left for an abandoned airfield, which was left from the old man Schrab. A couple of months later, a forgotten brother appears on the event horizon - Dumb Victor. He wants Dietrich to find a new life and end the past, and calls him to his mansion in Los Santos. It wasn't here. Upon arrival, the police arrest both and take them to a secret room. The head of this operation, the Mekong, who was supposed to finally put an end to the Germans, makes them work for him, explaining that Dietrich should be held responsible for the defeat of the secret base at the request of Toreno. However, the agent had a completely different task at the request of Adrian Bernich, the Balkan minister in Los Santos, to kill Dietrich and Viktor without raising panic or provocation. После последних событий Первой Части жизнь Дитриха поменялась.

Он жалеет, что убил своего последнего друга - Шульца.

Распрощавшись с последними делами, Дитрих уехал на заброшенный аэродром, который остался от старика Шраба. Через пару месяцев на горизонте событий появляется забытый брат - Туповатый Виктор. Он хочет, что бы Дитрих обрел новую жизнь и покончил с прошлым, и зовет его в свой особняк в Лос Сантосе.

Не тут то было. После прибытия полиция арестовывает обоих и увозит в секретное помещение. Глава этой операции, Меконг, который должен был окончательно покончить с немцами, заставляет их работать на себя, объясняясь в той причине, что Дитрих должен понести ответственность за разгром секретной базы по просьбе Торено. Однако у агента был совсем другое задание по просьбе Адриана Бернича, Балканского министра в Лос Сантосе, убить Дитриха и Виктора не поднимая паники и провокаций.

Вскоре и Меконг попадает под прицел депутата, а нависшая угроза обязательно унесет жизни.
