Civil aviation is aviation that is used to meet the needs of citizens. Air transportation of passengers, provision of medical care, performance of aerial work in agriculture and forestry - all this is only part of the goals set for civil aviation.
This mod adds a monument to the city of Los Santos, installed toTo International Civil Aviation Day , which is celebrated on December 7 (since 1994).
P.S. The mod was planned to be released on December 7th, but due to technical reasons the development was somewhat delayed and the release took place only on December 12th.

Гражданская авиация — это авиация, которая используется для обеспечения потребностей граждан. Воздушные перевозки пассажиров, оказание медицинской помощи, выполнение авиационных работ в сельском и лесном хозяйстве — всё это только часть целей, поставленных перед гражданской авиацией.
Данный мод добавляет в город Лос-Сантос памятник, установленный к Международному дню гражданской авиации, который отмечается 7 декабря (начиная с 1994 года).
P.S. Выпустить мод планировалось седьмого декабря, но по техническим причинам разработка несколько затянулась и выход состоялся только 12 декабря.
