This script is a new version of time slowdown that
differs from other scripts.
In my version, there is a heat effect (like above asphalt on a hot day)
and a swaying camera. The camera sway is subtle, don't worry.
To toggle the slowdown on and off, press Ё(~).

Новое замедление времени
Этот скрипт представляет собой новую версию замедления времени, которая
отличается от других скриптов.
В моей версии присутствует эффект жары (как над асфальтом в жаркий день)
и покачивающаяся камера. Покачивание камеры слабое, не волнуйтесь.
Чтобы включить и выключить замедление, нажмите Ё(~).
