Today while rummaging through gta3.img, I stumbled upon these two files and decided to modify them. I don't think there was a similar mod for replacing Marco's Bistro here. This mod is also useful for RP servers, where it serves as the restaurant "Elenium". Don't be too harsh, this is my first major work.

Сегодня рыская в gta3.img наткнулся на эти два файла и решил их изменить, не думаю что был здесь похожий мод на замену Marco's Bistro. Этот мод полезен также для РП серверов, на них это ресторан "Elenium". Сильно не пинайте, моя первая большая работа
