This is Coffin, a hearse based on Perennialu27a. There is one small bug, but it is not noticeable at all in the game. Extras in the form of coffins in the trunk are available.

Ещё один автомобиль из будущего мода GTA San Andreas Stories.
Это Coffin - катафалк на базе Perennial\u27а. Есть один мелкий баг, но он вообще не заметный в игре. Экстры в виде гробов в багажнике имеются.
