Убраны локомотивы, чтобы меньше полигонов было, иначе состовляло бы более 40000 полигонов и поэтому могла гта вылететь, но это у кого как. У меня в крайнем случае такая ситуация была, что с картой, что без.

Установка через MEd.

Ставим куда угодно, но больше всего подходит как интерьер, то есть, на определенной высоте как и все интерьеры или под землю установить.

На скрине видно как шпалы отблескивают, но эту проблему я устранил, так что все нормально.
