Данная модификация даёт возможность сломать позвоночник прохожему ударом колена.Необходимо подойти к любому прохожему сзади имея в руках бейсбольную биту нажать на английскую клавишу E и ГГ "зацепит" прохожего за шею битой,и нанесёт удар коленом в позвоночник сломав позвоночник с характерным хрустом.
