New Elegy, appears on the streets of GTA sa in 4 versions, this is facilitated by 3 "extras".
The car has all working lighting equipment, including turn signals, the car is being tuned, but there are difficulties with vinyls (vinyls fit as they want)
This is version 1, so slight inaccuracies are possible (something, somewhere can shine through).
