Additional client update SA-MP 0.3e RC7-2

There have been some issues with changing a material object (including text materials), where significant changes can affect all objects using the same model ID.

SA-MP 0.3e RC7 Update Client/Server:

Adds SetObjectMaterialText / SetPlayerObjectMaterialText to replace the texture of an object with text.
Fixed issues with players being randomly cuffed if they spawned for you while alt-tabbed.
Vehicle seat ID checks are less stringent for airplanes and ships.
SetPlayerAttachedObject now has 2 additional default options for material color. This will require you to recompile the scripts for 0.3e.
The color material is now in ARGB format.
New models from cessil: Blank areas for creating signs, replacing some buildings and houses.

Клиент / Сервер обновления SA-MP 0.3e RC7:

Добавляет SetObjectMaterialText / SetPlayerObjectMaterialText для замены текстуры объекта с текстом.
Исправлены проблемы с игроками, быть случайным манжетами, если они для вас породил в то время как альт-вкладками.
Транспортное средство проверки сиденье ID являются менее строгими для самолетов и судов.
SetPlayerAttachedObject теперь имеет 2 дополнительных параметров по умолчанию для цвета материала. Это потребует от вас перекомпилировать скрипты для 0.3e.
Материал цвета сейчас в ARGB формат.
Новые модели от cessil: Blank площадей для создания знаков, замена некоторых зданий и домов.
