The GTA Shift City project is a unique mod for GTA San Andreas that transforms the entire state into a version of New York, featuring two distinct cities and one island.
All models have been converted by me from the game GTA IV. The idea behind the project is to create the atmosphere of GTA IV, replace the entire vehicle fleet, pedestrians, develop a new storyline, and most importantly, create a "living" city.
This project is being developed for fans of GTA SA and for those whose hardware cannot handle GTA IV. I doubt we will see a complete conversion project from IV to SA, and the GTA Shift City mod will be available for download much sooner.
However, it should be noted that this is a beta version, and it's too early to talk about a fully realized city and missions.

Проект GTA Shift City — это уникальный мод для GTA San Andreas, заменяющий весь штат на некое подобие New York'а, с двумя отдельными городами и одним островом.
Все модели для конвертированные мною из игры GTA IV. Идея проекта в том чтобы создать атмосферу игры GTA IV, заменить весь автопарк, пешеходов, создать новую сюжетную линию и самое главное создать "живой" город.
Проект создается для фанов GTA SA и для тех у кого железо не тянет GTA IV. Мне кажется что вряд ли мы дождемся проекта полной конвертации IV to SA, да и мод GTA Shift City будет подан для скачивания гораздо быстрее.
Но следует помнить, что это пробная бетка и говорить о полноценном городе и миссиях еще рановато.
