This program is designed to change the standard colors of cars in GTA San Andreas.
Installation and usage instructions:
Throw the UCCE_v1.0.exe file somewhere, then run the program and open the carcols.dat file in it (located in the data folder).
The interface is intuitive. Departures and hangs were not observed.

Киньте файл UCCE_v1.0.exe куда-нибудь, после чего запустите программу и откройте в ней файл carcols.dat (лежит в папке data).
