Version 1.0

Since everyone was unhappy with version 0.8, it was finalized - I took into account all your wishes, here is a list of changes.

- Now a wanted list is given (if you didn't have one before) if you were seen by a cop of LS, SF or LV (in the desert and countryside, you can puff as much as you like, it's allowed there).

- If you use a lot of drugs, you can get poisoned by them.

- Management is different. To take the drug, press "Tab" + "D" If you do not like this control in the archive there is a script "UseDrugs v.1.0_P" - this is an analogue of the script "UseDrugs v.1.0".

Only in this script, to take drugs, press "1" + "D"

- There is no Astral World

- Added text when buying, drug poisoning, etc...

- Fixed a bug with the accrual of wanted (maybe some did not notice it)

- Now if a cop sees you when you buy drugs, you will be rewarded with two stars (if you had it non-white, or there was 1 star) so look around...

Actually in version 1.0 that's all.
