Hello! I am currently developing a global winter mod, which will be released in the winter of 2012-2013, but today I decided to go to the usual GTA SA. The first thing that caught my eye: bad standard water. As a result, I made one, in my opinion, an interesting version of water, and now I decided to put it on libertycity.ru. If anything, the screenshot shows water without ENBseries. Well, as a bonus, I inserted an explosion effect texture on the ground, similar to the one that will be in GTA winter season. I hope you will like it!

Здравствуйте! Я сейчас занимаюсь разработкой глобального зимнего мода, который выйдет аж зимой 2012-2013, но сегодня я решил зайти в обычную ГТА СА. Первое что мне бросилось в глаза: плохая стандартная вода. В итоге я сделал один, на мой взгляд, интересный вариант воды, а сейчас решил выложить на libertycity.ru. Если что, на скриншоте вода без ENBseries. Ну и как бонус вставил текстуру эффекта от взрыва на земле, похожую на ту, что будет в GTA winter season. Надеюсь, вам понравиться!
