As far as I noticed, no one has made new builder skins yet, and I decided to fill this niche.
I made only new textures for standard models, I have not tried to do 3d models yet.
We install files from the archive in gta3.img with any img editor. Have a good game!

Насколько я заметил никто ещё не делал новые скины строителей и я решил заполнить эту нишу.
Сделал только новые текстуры на стандартные модели,3д модели делать, ещё не пробовал.
Устанавливаем файлы из архива в gta3.img любым img редактором. Приятной игры!
