As far as I noticed, no one has made new skins for builders yet, so I decided to fill this gap.
I only created new textures for the standard models; I haven't tried making 3D models yet.
Install the files from the archive into gta3.img using any img editor. Enjoy the game!

Обновленные строители
Насколько я заметил никто ещё не делал новые скины строителей и я решил заполнить эту нишу.
Сделал только новые текстуры на стандартные модели,3д модели делать, ещё не пробовал.
Устанавливаем файлы из архива в gta3.img любым img редактором. Приятной игры!
