ENB for Low-End PCs (No Reflections on Cars) v.2

This is the second version of my ENB tweak by Boris Vorontsov. In this version, there are also no reflections on cars, and glitches on low-end PCs are reduced. Just set the resolution that is most comfortable for you to play. On my VIA Chrome9 graphics card at a resolution of 800x600x16, there are almost no lags.
P.S. The essence of ENB is not in reflections, but in graphics.
P.S.2. And let it not be a strong tweak! If you have a powerful PC, just don't download it!
2-я версия моей корректировки ENB от Бориса Воронцова. В этой версии также отсутствуют отражения на авто, и глюков на слабых компах меньше. Просто поставьте разрешение, где вам удобней играть. На моей видюхе VIA Chrome9 на разрешении 800x600x16 тормозов почти нет.
З.Ы. В ЭНБ соль не в отражениях, а в графике.
З.Ы.2. Ну и пусть не сильная настройка! Если у вас сильный комп просто не качайте!
