iCEnhancer v3

So before you ENB assembly, which carries with it a mysterious name:

iCEnhancer V3. According to the developers and authors (MartyMcFly and Mrsbaincrusher) of this build,

convince and approve the people (on other resources about GTA) that this modification

will raise the graphical shell of the game to a whole new level. The authors even provided

demo video!

What the entire archive consists of:

1) Of course, enbseries.ini itself, radically configured for iCEnhancer;

2) d3d9.dll - reflective bump 3 (I think no need to explain);

3) colormod - fixing, brightness and a certain saturation in the game;

4) Fxaa3_11.h, Post.h, shader.fx, sharpen.h - all third-party libraries, give a blackout effect in the game

(similar to the Occlusion effect), as well as grainy effects on the screen;

5) Well, as with every enb, you need to choose the right weather effects (timecyc.dat and timecycp.dat);

6) Actually everything! I'm impressed with this build!
