When you have between 3 to 5 stars, an undercover police car will occasionally enter the game, disguised as a regular one (not just a plain black car without markings like before), along with plainclothes officers. The officers can have different skins, and the cars can be Primo, Premier, or both taxis. The driver is armed with a shotgun, while the partner has a standard pistol.
