Everyone has probably encountered the fact that on the highway, as well as on some country roads, cars rush at great speed, which leads to constant collisions, explosions and, as a result, high mortality on the roads of the state.
This modification is intended to reduce the currently high number of ridiculous and often annoying accidents.

Все наверняка сталкивались с тем, что на трассе, а так же на некоторых проселочных дорогах, машины носятся с огромной скоростью, что приводит к постоянным столкновениям, взрывам и, как результат, высокой смертности на дорогах штата.
Данная модификация призвана сократить столь высокое на данный момент число нелепых, а часто и раздражающих ДТП.
Работает на CLEO 4.
