HRT Pack is a modification that enhances the game's graphics by replacing old textures with higher quality ones. The main textures of Las Venturas, Los Santos, San Fierro, and some rural areas have been redone.
In addition to replacing the main textures in the specified locations, new objects will appear in some places. Remember the closed baseball stadium in Las Venturas? Now you can access it by simply driving through the main gates; benches are placed in the stadium, and there are occasionally visitors sitting there. What about the Pirates in Men's Pants casino? Now there are tables and loungers set up, and the place has been transformed into a café with romantic decor of an old ship. A small park with a fountain and benches has appeared next to the Woozie casino.
Additionally: the file responsible for the appearance of pedestrians has been edited (to have a more diverse crowd on the streets), trees and grass have been replaced (the Project Oblivion 2007mod is integrated), visual effects and radar have been updated, and the ENBSerieslibrary has been integrated, which significantly improves graphics quality, etc.
Now, here is detailed information about the technical side of the mod. This is an enhanced version of the San Andreas HRT Pack (v1.3 SF)mod that was released last December. The enhanced edition has been prepared in honor of the start of work on HRT 1.4 (that's right, the mod is now simply called HRT), the final version of the mod, which will be revamped beyond recognition, and many elements from the old versions will simply not be included, as they do not fit the concept of the new mod, which aims for maximum fidelity to the original game.
What distinguishes version 1.3 released in December 2010 from this enhanced version 1.3? Primarily, I removed many elements that I felt were unnecessary in the mod. Among them: the SA Limit Adjuster library by Sacky (removed due to causing bugs), CLEO scripts have been removed. New settings for ENBSeries have been created, and some of my minor mods, which were well-suited for HRT Pack, have been integrated (thanks to this, the textures of the Barracks, Walton, Savanna, and Marquis vehicles have been improved; textures of some interiors, including the Johnson house and others, have been enhanced).
