M4A1 is a late version of the M-16 modification.
Replacing the standard m4 with an improved one, both in terms of textures and the model of the weapon itself.
(This is a convert from CS 1.6) To be precise, the standard is not like that - this is a mod for m4 in CS 1.6, and I just made a m4 converter to GTA SA.
