+ added 8 patches (located at the end of the list)
Of the possibilities:
- Freezing the game (like a pause);
- All traffic lights are green;
- Pink cars;
- flying boats;
- Chaos (riot mode);
- Aggressive carriers;
- All people are armed;
- Recruiting peds with rockets (Recruit Anyone (Rockets)).
