A small mod that alters the standard punk character in the game; now he sports the emblem of the band Sex Pistols, and he looks better than the old version.
The readme provides detailed instructions on how to replace any pedestrian with him, and there's also a script that allows you to play as one of the pedestrians, including this slacker. There's more in the Bonus folder.
This punk could have been one of the characters representing one of the mod's authors in Endless Summer, but was ultimately rejected; his affinity for the band is not reflected.
