-Replaced all models of houses on Grove Street. Also, many parks, basketball courts, the House of Culture, a ranch, and a mini-casino have now been built on the native street. Hot dogs are sold in the parks, two brothers are playing on the basketball court
-New textures of the Grove Street gang, now there are 5 people in it
-New character models - Suite, Ryder, Big Smoke, OG Lock and Emmet
-Rare and expensive cars parked on the Grove
-Now you can sit in SA! To sit, press H
-From the beginning of the game, CJ is in a tuxedo and all clothing stores are open
-In East Los Santos, near Cluckin' Bell, there is now a garage, the same as in San Fierro!

Grand Street is a remake of New Grove Street mods by gta1588, Tado and GTA-Sakmar (none of these mods worked).

The mod is recommended to be used with the texture mod Ganton Rocks
In this mod, these houses are not replaced to avoid affecting the progress of the game.
