Are you tired of the old Grove Street? Fed up with the poor ghetto, gangsters in green clothes, and old houses? Then this mod is for you! It completely replaces everything in Grove Street!
-All house models in Grove Street have been replaced. Additionally, many parks, basketball courts, a Cultural Center, a ranch, and a mini-casino have been built on the native street. Hot dogs are sold in the parks, and two gang members are playing on the basketball court.
-New textures for the Grove Street gang, now consisting of 5 members.
-New character models - Sweet, Ryder, Big Smoke, OG Loc, and Emmet.
-Rare and expensive cars parked on Grove.
-You can now sit in SA! To sit down, press H.
-From the start of the game, CJ is in a tuxedo and all clothing stores are open.
-In East Los Santos, near Cluckin' Bell, there is now a garage, just like in San Fierro!
Grand Street is a remake of the New Grove Street mods by authors gta1588, Tado, and GTA-Sakmara (none of these mods worked).
The mod is recommended to be used with the texture mod Ganton Rocks
or any other mod that replaces the textures of the houses of Carl, Sweet, and Denice. In this mod, these houses are not replaced to avoid affecting gameplay.
