Replaces the old Groove with an improved version. New houses, trash, and a new basketball court near Binko next to the Ganton gym, a casino behind CJ's house, new objects, refined and enhanced.
Added a lot of new content, including what is shown in the screenshot. I worked hard on this. There may be some glitches, please message me about them.

Заменяет старый Грув, на улучшенный. Новые дома, мусор, а также новая баскетбольная площадка возле Бинко который рядом со спортзалом Гантона, казино за домом CJ, новые объекты, доработал, улучшил.
Много нового добавил, включая то, что изображено на скрине. Трудился долго. Будут какие-то глюки, пишите в личку о них.
