Scientists have developed a new material and new technologies.
The first prototype was a functioning exoskeleton.
In 1991, the exoskeleton was modified to be more functional and armored: it can carry weapons, control vehicles, attack, etc.
In 1992, new technologies were invented, and these technologies equipped the E-2000, the so-called robot.
But it is simply called SPIRIT. In 1993, meteorites fell containing heavily armored robots.
Since 1993, a war has begun between robots, with the criminal gangs of Vagos and Grove Street out of the picture, as robots fight among themselves. The E-2000, a government robot, also fights against Vagos, as Grove Street is now called the Armored Ones, while Vagos are known as Cybertronians fighting among themselves.
The E-2000 and the Armored Ones are government robots, while the Cybertronians are their enemies.
Controls
M-Repulsor.
B-Scanning up to 15m.
N-Disable scanner.
Z-Enable system.
X-Disable system.
L-Rocket.
F4-Memory recording.
J-Thermal vision.
K-Night vision.
I-Turn off thermal vision.
O-Turn off night vision.
H-Enable panel.
G-Disable panel.
Features
Repulsor.
Scanner-press once.
Disable scanner.
Enable system.
Disable system-when disabled, there will be a green screen, but press once.
Rocket.
Memory recording.
Energy supply-health.
Night vision.
Thermal vision.
Short circuit-if the robot is in water, energy will drain.
Damage-If the robot has less than 45 energy units, sparks will appear.
If the robot has less than 55 energy units, armor will activate.

Installation
Replace files from the player.img folder in the player.img archive
Replace files from the gta3.img folder in the gta3.img archive
Drop files from the CLEO folder into the CLEO folder
Drop files from the data folder into the data folder with replacement.
Drop files from the models folder into the models folder with replacement.
Drop files from the "Settings" folder into the game folder.

Учёные разработали новый материал и новые технологий.
Первый образец был экзоскелет, работающий.
В 1991 году был модифицирован экзоскелет на более функциональный и покрытый оболочкой: может носить оружие, управлять транспортом, атаковать и т. д.
В 1992 году изобрели новые технологий и этими технологиями снарядили E-2000 так называют робота.
Но просто его зовут SPIRIT. В 1993 году упали метеориты в которых были роботы очень бронированными.
С 1993 года началась война между роботами, криминальных банд Вагос и Гроув стрит нету место них, роботы которые воюют между собой. E-2000 правительственный робот тоже воюет против Вагос ведь Грув стрит теперь называется бронебои а Вагос называется кибертронцы воюют между собой.
E-2000 и бронебои правительственные роботы а кибертронцы противники.

Отключение системы-при отключений будет зелёный экран, но нажимайте один раз.

Подпитка энергий-здоровье.
Ночное видение.
Тепловизор.
Замыкание-если робот в воде то будет отниматься энергия.
Урон-Если у робота меньше 45 единиц энергий то будут искры.
Если у робота меньше 55 единиц энергий то активируется броня.
Можно теперь посмотреть небольшую панель.
Установка
Файлы из папки player.img заменить в архив player.img
Файлы из папки gta3.img заменить в архив gta3.img
Файлы из папки CLEO кинуть в папку CLEO
Файлы из папки data кинуть в папку data с заменой.
Файлы из папки models кинуть в папку models с заменой.
Файлы из папки "Настройки" кинуть в папку с игрой.
