Place ped_car_col.cs in the CLEO folder.
Put the COLLISIONS folder in the SFX/resident folder.

Установка:
ped_car_col.cs поместить в папку CLEO.
Папку COLLISIONS поместить в папку SFX/resident.
(Папку resident создать).
