A small patch that allows the combination of the modifications HRT Pack 1.3 and Project Oblivion 2010HQ.

Additionally, after installing PO 2010 and this patch, the unfortunate bug related to construction disappears (though it’s not guaranteed that something similar won’t appear elsewhere).

The SA Limit Adjuster library, which has several significant drawbacks, is also removed.

Небольшой патчик, который позволяет совместить модификации HRT Pack 1.3 и Project Oblivion 2010HQ.

Кроме того, после установки PO 2010 и этого патча пропадает злосчастный баг, связанный со стройкой (хотя не факт, что где-то в другом месте не появится нечто подобное).

Также удаляется библиотека SA Limit Adjuster, обладающая рядом существенных недостатков.
