A small patch that allows you to combine modifications HRT Pack 1.3 and Project Oblivion 2010HQ .
In addition, after installing PO 2010 and this patch, the unfortunate bug associated with the construction site disappears (although it is not a fact that something similar will not appear somewhere else).
The SA Limit Adjuster library, which has a number of significant drawbacks, is also removed.

Патч для совместимости HRT Pack 1.3 и Project Oblivion 2010HQ
Небольшой патчик, который позволяет совместить модификации HRT Pack 1.3 и Project Oblivion 2010HQ.
Кроме того, после установки PO 2010 и этого патча пропадает злосчастный баг, связанный со стройкой (хотя не факт, что где-то в другом месте не появится нечто подобное).
Также удаляется библиотека SA Limit Adjuster, обладающая рядом существенных недостатков.
