2) run the IMGTool program

1.click File, select the folder with the game and select the gta3.img file in the models folder

2.press Commands>add and upload dff.txd.col model files

3) run MED (map editor).

1. The program first asks for your gta, find it and run the program

2.click IDE, select a part of the map and click New item there you need to add dff and txd models

3.click IPL, select the same part of the map as in the IDE, then click New and look for our model there

4. click on Scene and select our part of the map and click Render and place the object anywhere.
