Американский самолет специального назначения. Что-бы в него залезть вам надо скачать библиотеку Cleo, установить ее, добавить файл "INTO_CAR.cs" из архива с самолетом в папку CLEO, в игре сбросить самолет программой GTA SA Crazy trainer или другой. Встать под крыло самолета и нажать клавишу "U"
