What it does: replaces vanilla grenade throwing system

There won't be a trajectory line like in any other game. DON'T ASK.

How to use:

select grenade, teargas or molotovs as a weapon

press and hold RMB to aim

use mouse to rotate the player

use mouse wheel to adjust throw distance

release RMB to throw

Installation: put in modloader folder

If the sphere (target spot) is somewhere higher than the player — the mod increases throwing height so that the grenade could land on the roof.

Molotovs don't work too well.

Some notes about accuracy:

Most accurate throws are done when the target point is on more or less the same level as CJ. When throwing grenades up (like throw it on top of the building from the ground) — it's more like "grenade should land somewhere there, where the mark is". More like showing the direction. Although there is no guarantee that it would even reach the mark's height. 100% accuracy can be done. In theory. I won't spend months building tables for every height value.

Ini file settings:

ExplosionDelay

Time till grenade explodes in ms (default 2000)

ControlMode

Two options to cancel grenade throw.

1 — Hold RMB, Releae RMB to cancel, Press LMB to throw (ArtemQA)

2 — Hold RMB, Press LMB to cancel, Release RMB to throw (vladvo)

Shrapnel

Enable or disable shrapnel

NumFragments

How many shrapnel elements will be generated.

ShrapnelWeaponType

Shrapnel is actually bullets. If you set its type to 24 (Desert Eagle) — it would cause much more damage.

KeepDist

If this setting is enabled — throw distance will be set as the previous throw.

If disabled — distance will be set to 5.0 (or preset default value) for each throw.

DefaultDist

DefaultDist is the range that will be set when you enter aiming mode

Allowed values are 5.0....50.0 with 2.5 steps (ex 22.5 25.0 42.5 45.0)

Any other values would set it to 0.0 !!!

SphereColors

Set color for aiming sphere (RGBA)
