lil' Probe Inn improvment mod add a random events in lil' Probe Inn bar and adding a random peds walking, talking, drinking, and much more, cause' the R' Devlopers mess up this bar.

Added a 'man who made all of the myths about Aliens';
Added a random peds enters the BAR and drinking.
