Now keep your eyes around you, couse' now there's a tief peds around you waiting to rob you! By a random percent the script makes the thief peds around CJ to run toward him and thief money from him, but not all thiefs will doing the same tricks.

There is who will look around him and rob you.
There is who run toward you with a max speed to rob you.
There is who run toward you and fail to rob you.
