peds around CJ to run toward him and thief money
from him, and CJ will look at him

- the script had rewriten and fixed some
bugs/vars
- the thief peds will do
extra anims before thief you
- the money you lost from
the thief it's by a random int
- if the thief dead, the number
of money he thiefs from you he will
have
- the script work correctly with
ped event mods like (busy pedestrains — URBANIZE)
