This modification adds water from the PS2 version of GTA: Vice City. I personally transferred the files responsible for the water texture from Vice City to San Andreas.

Features:

Clear water texture straight from the PS2 version
Compatibility with ModLoader

Installation:

Unzip the archive
Move the Water From PS2 Vice City folder to the ModLoader directory OR move the particle.txd file to the models folder with replacement.
Launch the game and enjoy the new water texture.
