Opens the Rodriguez' warehouse door and re decorates inside. The place offers a new skate park interior, with added objects, but without using new IDs.

Features:

No IDE/IPL/DAT files modified! Just model/texture swap with 1 COL file.
Replacing only 4 dff/txd.
There is no collision on objects. Only scenery.
Extensively tested and working fine, not crashing the game.
