Fixes Animation and Effects for Rhino for GTA San Andreas

This is a useful improvement for the Rhino tank that fixes old bugs and adds missing visual elements. The tank is now more logical and predictable in combat.

What's fixed:

Added working exhaust system;
Smoke from a damaged engine now appears in the correct location — behind, not under the turret;
No more sudden explosions due to an obscure smoke source.

Working caterpillars script: Author unknown;
Fix exhaust and smoke position: KoT-BTpycaXXX.

Using the tank is now more realistic and comfortable — a simple but important update that has been missing for a long time.
