This mod lets you adjust the difficulty of each mission individually.

It is especially helpful for those who use PedSkills by Junior_Djjr but struggling with some missions.

Main Features:

Reducing or increasing the damage that CJ or his vehicle receives in up to 127 different missions.
Default settings help to survive the missions "OG Loc", "A home in the hills" and some sub-missions.

Instructions:

CLEO+ v1.2.0 or newer required ( https://www.mixmods.com.br/2023/10/cleoplus )
Place the folder MissionBalancingTool in your modloader.
Open the .ini file and follow the instructions.
