Extended Items Skins Pack from Left 4 Dead 2 for GTA: San Andreas.
From 1 to 4 new skin variations are added to all items and throwable items, which appear randomly each playthrough.
Some skins were created by the community, mostly by Manacat himself! And some others were created by others.

You can replace using IMG Tool or via modloader, after creating a folder for the mod!
