The modification adds the ability to auto-aim at pedestrians in gamepad control, just as it was fixed in Liberty and Vice City Stories, since manual control of the minigun is a remnant of the control method from Vice City.
Works only when controlled with a gamepad!
Installation:
Add the file to the modloader folder or copy the line manually and replace it in /data/weapon.dat
