We would like to offer you a global mod that replaces the entire territory of San Andreas with the territory of the two previous games - GTA: III and GTA: Vice City. That is, now instead of the boring state of San Andreas, we see the good old Vice City and Liberty City, but with the capabilities of San Andreas! Now you can ride through the streets of Vice City on an ATV and fly on a Hydra over the skyscrapers of Liberty City! Who hasn't dreamed of this?!

Хотим предложить вам глобальный мод, заменяющий всю территорию San Andreas на территорию двух предыдущих игр — GTA: III и GTA: Vice City. То есть теперь вместо поднадоевшего штата San Andreas, мы видим старые добрые Vice City и Liberty City, но с возможностями San Andreas! Теперь можно покататься по улицам Vice City на квадроцикле и полетать на Hydra над небоскрёбами Liberty City! Кто не мечтал о таком?!
