This mod is based on the GTA Online Halloween Event since 2021.
The Phantom Car is a reference to Christine, a malevolent 1958 Plymouth Fury featured in Stephen King's novel and the 1983 film of the same name. The car's attempt to run over the player if they get too close is a reference to a scene in the film where Christine tries to run over a gang member who vandalized her while she was being set on fire.
